Return merchandise and Refund

In case you return your products owing to your own circumstances
* Please let us know by email or fax when you return your products within 3 business days as you receive your products.
 
* Shellman gives you "Confirmation Number" by return.
   
* As we receive your merchandise, we refund to you excluding shipping postage for your products.
   
* Please make sure to write the "Confirmation Number" which Shellman has told you.
   
* Please send the form by email or fax after you fill it in, and return your merchandise to Shellman.
   
* As we receive your merchandise, we refund to you excluding shipping postage for the delivery when we have sent you your merchandise first.
   
  We only receive from you the intact products.
Please make sure that we cannot accept your merchandise when we find that the set of them and attached materials are not made complete, that there is an evidence your merchandise have already been used and that they are scratched or damaged by your fault.
Please comprehend that we cannot exchange products if yours are not failure at all.


When merchandise are returned due to our fault such as poor quality.
* Please send us an email or fax within 3 business days as you receive your merchandise.
 
* Shellman gives you "Confirmation Number" by return.
   
* You need to write the reason to return your merchandise on an enclosed "Returning products" form with your returned products.
   
* Please make sure to write the"Confirmation Number" which Shellman has told you.
   
* When you return your merchandise, please send the form by fax or email after filling it in and return the merchandise to Shellman.
   
* We have a high regard for your request that you would like us whether to replace the products or refund the money. However, products of the same type have to be replaced when you want your merchandise to be replaced with a new one.
   
* As we receive your merchandise, we refund to you including the shipping postage of returning merchandise.
   
* As we receive your merchandise, we send you new one when you choose exchange.
   
  Notes :
  In any cases, "Confirmation Number" is the indispensable condition to return and replace your merchandise with new one and refund money.
Please understand that we cannot accept your merchandise without the "Confirmation Number".
   
 
* Please ask the customs office in your country about the tariff and other matters regarding the importation of our products and go through the application of "Refund" procedure for returning the merchandise and refunding money.
 
* The tariff is not applicable to the refund.
   
* Please note that the above agreement is subject to change without prior notice under various circumstances.
