Use agreement on Shellman Online Shop

When you use the service of Shellman Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as "Shop") or purchase our products, we understand that you agree with every part in this agreement. Please confirm this agreement again just before you order our products because it is subject to change without prior notice.
As you push the "place order" button in your last process of ordering, your order reaches the server of this Shop. We will send you a confirmation email subjected " [Shellman] Order Confirmation " to your email address which you have inputted on our Site after ordering.
At this time when you automatically obtain this email from this Shop, a sales contract has not been entered into yet. If the email address inputted by you is incorrect or your order information is not sent successfully, "confirmation email" cannot reach you. Please contact us by email or fax if you do not receive it.

	The sales contract between you and our Site shall be entered into after receiving confirmation approval from your credit card company.
	We start arranging the shipment for your order after we received your payment of full amount.
	In the following cases, your order may not be accepted.
	(1) When your inputted order information including personal data is considered contradictory to the fact.     (2) When the merchandises you order are out of stock or production of the products you have ordered had already been discontinued.     (3) When your order includes limited products and exceeds the quantity restrictions. (As for the limited products, we accept your order in order of its arrival in our Site.)     (4) When we cannot provide you with the merchandises due to unavoidable reasons.
	This Shop can change, suspend or stop selling products and giving service in our Site without prior notice.
	There may be cases where shipment could be delayed due to natural calamity, traffic situation, system troubles or other unexpected situations and the delivery for you would be behind schedule.
	We do not bear the responsibility for any damage owing to the delay that may cause to you or third parties.
	This Shop is operated in accordance with the Japanese laws.
	This Shop would sustain or stop for long period operating this Site owing to system trouble or server maintenance without prior notice to customers.
